To enroll at PRAS, the student must be between the ages of 14 to 20 years old and have a reasonable chance to graduate before they age out of the system; the student is/or has been involved in the juvenile justice system, or is at risk of becoming involved; or the student is under DHS custody and/or Dual Status as both an adjudicated youth and DHS custody.
